Wish all features worked as sold.. Nothing like getting a notification for an email and having an empty inbox.. And share sheet is still inoperable. Click on all mail boxes and list doesnt include all mail boxes. Delete mail. They reappear. Sorry, annoyed to say the least... one day youll figure it out. One day. iPhone7Plus

The user interface is a bit dated, but it has so many features not available in other email apps I have to highly recommend it. The help desk is fast and able to resolve issues very quickly. I was dealing with Steve who walked my through any issue with the send in future feature. The ability to compose an email now and send it later is great. This is my go to email client on my iPad

Badge notification count is incorrect. This bug has persisted for several versions and has still not been fixed. Ive reported this issue to the AirMail devs and have no acknowledgement that its a bug or that it will be fixed.

Just started using this app and I like the user interface. Ive been trying to get off apple mail for years. Had a few issues, Steven in support was very helpful. He even took a few suggestions to pass to developers. With a few tweaks and updates, it could go from good to great.

What happened to this app? It was amazing and now its just impossible to use. Almost 90% of the time I just open the app is an instant crash, not to mention other critical problems like syncing and over slowing everything. This app was amazing, now has come the time to uninstall it. Update: After a big frustration, trying to use once and again this app, I just gave the try to a new app (not naming here). Best decision ever! I dont know what happened with Airmail, it was a wonderful client in the beginning, but now, now Im gone, probably forever.

Airmail is developing nicely. It just keeps getting better. If I need help it is there with a quick reply. Thank you to Steven and Sarah.

Last update fixed issues I had before. Its back to being a great app. Thanks, devs!

I use and paid for both the airmail laptop and mobile versions so all my folders align with ease. I wish the 2 were in the same page in terms of hug fixes, but overall I have been happy with airmail over the years.

... sync seems totally broken. Airmail simply never updates to show that a piece of mail has been read. Latest update doesnt appear to resolve the problem.

Works ok with hotmail but doesnt work with Outlook Exchange so the account I get the most email in doesnt work. If Id known that Id have saved my money. UPDATE 7/22/17 - Still doesnt work with Outlook exchange (my busiest email account), but I do use it a lot now for my personal email and its great. Rating adjusted from 1 to 3 stars.

App update 7/26: Finally!!!!!! Upgraded two stars because badge notifications seem to finally be working. I have been complaining about this for months, after each update. Time to continue testing and report back. --- App update 7/23: Icon badge still has an inaccurate count. I have 4 unread emails and it shows none. Apple Watch complication shows I only have 2 emails when there is 4. Still doesnt work after 4 updates. --- I have been adding on to my review over the last few updates. Today I noticed it had been removed. This email program is garbage with the latest update. Badge count doesnt sync correctly, buggy, etc. Other reviews reflect my feelings. Used to be the best email app out there.

EDIT FOR LATEST: gmail filters bug STILL IN VERSION after I was told it would be sent as priority to Devs Edit #2: still here. I am so disappointed I have to choose between using airmail or having my emails not delivered because they were sent to spam. I sent in a report about an issue with using *@* filters in gmail to never send to spam - every email that gets sent triggers a notification. I sent detailed pics, exported copy of my filters, pictures, EVERYTHING. when the new version came out I saw bug fixes and was so excited aaaaaand nothing. I reemailed support and they had idea what I was talking About. Listen I love the app, support is ridiculously fast, but it all doesnt matter if the bugs are not being followed up on. EDIT: its true that only one email was sent and I unsubscribe but please please please dont send me an email and mess with my productivity/sleep (I am a night shift worker) to tell me u won an Apple reign award.

Great costumer support. App works wonderfully except t doesnt sort emails by recipient. Will definitely change my rating the moment I see an update with the feature

Every email account you add to AirMail will be signed up for their spam. Youre not given a way to not subscribe in the first place, which makes this illegal. Deleting the app and demanding a refund from Apple. Also, its buggy. Save a draft? All of its contents will be gone when you open it up again. Years ago they regularly obliterated my drafts because of a bug and told me no bug existed. Now its happening again. You cant rely on this POS with your email, itll just disappear.

It has a lot of functions that I probably will never use because Im not a Power User. There is no manual but one has to go thru FAQ pages on the site. Great support via chat such as the One receive by Sarah. Missing an important feature for me: possibility to incresase the font of the message (only preview). I installed it because fed up with the bugs of Apples own mail apps both fir iPhone and Mac and hoping for improvements.

Love the app--powerful and flexible. And the support I got from Steven and Sarah was great as well--super fast and responsive.

Love this app, its more versatile than Mail. Seting up can be tricky with iCloud & alias but tech support is quick & knowledgeable. High-five to Steven !

The three dots button at the bottom of an email doesnt consistently work. Very frustrating when trying to review a thread.

Various accounts can be handled easily and smoothly via Airmail. Moreover, their support team is great (quick and precise). Thank you Stevens!
