Excellent!

This is a great app. I lived too long "settling" with the stock mail app on my iPhone & Mac. Airmail is a wonderful improvement, has tons of features & their live support is top-notch. Steven was a great help when my notifications werent showing properly.

All-in-one mail client and Reliable support

Proper IMAP setup with SSL support etc. Integration with iReminders and iCalendar - very rare with both. Normally email clients come with a regular integration with iContacts. The tool is far better than Alta Mail, Boxer Pro and other paid apps. Finally, flawless support from Brenna.

Amazing feature! Amazing support!

This mail app has every feature and more that I could ask for. It can be daunting and confusing at first (like Labels are Folders), but after a while you figure out what you need. The support is fantastic. I looked for a link to an email address and what I found instead was a Live Chat option. It was 9pm in California so I didnt think for a second that it was really live. But to my amazement I received a response from Mark in the live chat window. Mark answered all my questions clearly and quickly. Lin lovin this app!

Airmail no snail mail yes!

I enthusiastically paid the $4.99 for this app, installed it and set it up. The first 5days it was great then the constant crashes begin when I open certain email. I contact airmail support and they guide me to clear the cache- doesnt work

Airmail support

Had trouble with install, Steven from Airmail solved it quickly! So far, I like what I see!

No html signature and activesync

After major update yet no HTML signature and not supporting activesync.

Early days, but impressed so far...

Like many, I’ve tried many replacements for the default Apple Mail app, but haven’t found one with the flexibility and configurability that i need, until now. I’ve only been using Airmail for a short time, but at this point like pretty much everything about it. The only downside for me is that I use an iPad Pro, and for many text-heavy work-related messages I receive, the text size in the reading pane is just too small to be easily read. Unfortunately, the text-size can’t be increased, and the short-term solution is just to zoom and scroll, which quickly becomes tiresome. I have been in constant touch with Steven at Airmail who’s been very responsive to my issue and has already passed-on a feature request to the Dev team. This indicates to me that the developers are serious about making Airmail the best it can be, and that customer service and responsiveness is important to them. Overall, impressed….

MR

Steven was very helpful and fast to respond. Thank you for the efforts. While i wish you could delete individual emails from trash rather than a mass dump, it still looks like a good app. I look forward to using the app for sometime to come.

Great customer service

So many features I couldnt figure them all out. Went to their settings and live chatted with Mark and helped immensely. Great app!

Nice looking email

It looks good! I enjoy reading my email in this program, it works well with Gmail and the Exchange server at work. The features are excellent. I can use it on my phone, my IPad and MacBook Air. Sweet! I have been communicating about issues that might pop up, and Steven was very nice about communicating back and hearing my difficulties. Apple ought to buy this and replace Mail with this program! Still has some polishing to be done but a really usable program to be used right now!

Yes! This is excellent.

I tried spark for awhile but I was not happy until I discovered Airmail. Its faster, easy to use, and the interface is good on the eyes. Its on the Mac, iPad and iPhone and it syncs beautifully. I am completely satisfied.

Power-users Email Client

Two complaints are: lack of Markdown support (which the desktop client has) and not handling image attachments properly (some emails are received without any indication of an attachment). Attaching an image to a plain text email in Airmail or receiving a plaintext email with an image from someone else does not always trigger a paperclip attachment icon. Not handling MIME content correctly via RFC standards is why this app gets 1 star which developers claim is by design. Developers refuse to fix bug.
