Attaching an image to a plain text email in Airmail or receiving a plaintext email with an image from someone else does not always trigger a paperclip attachment icon. This app is not handling MIME content correctly per RFC standards which is why it gets 1 star. Ive worked with email products and related standards. Not downloading attachments by default for security reasons should still trigger a paperclip icon. Attachments w/ plain text emails are simply not handled properly by this client (evident in the raw source).

Great mail app for any professional on the go. Integration with calendar, to do, and other apps make it a clear winner. Nice execution with Handoff for macOS as well.

It takes you all 5 MONTHS to get an update? Thatd be fine if the app was working completely fine, not when it had platform of annoying bugs like the badge counter-which, by the way, is still not fixed! Seems like you dont care about your products to even read the previous reviews and you expect us to use your app?

Disclaimer: Im not a huge email user so I cant say for sure that this app is as incredible as I find it but it is above and beyond anything Ive ever used. Important Note: Ive run into two issues with this app, told the support team, and they were both fixed in the last update! The support for this app is great and they are super friendly! It is such a clean and beautiful app that looks super professional -- probably my favourite looking and organized app! Anyways, I originally only got this app because I needed a "send later" feature and no other app I tried really did this for me. This app did it perfectly and I use it constantly for that purpose, even going as far as to send emails from my phone instead of my computer because of the ease of use. Besides the "send later" feature, this app handles my four different email addresses PERFECTLY. I just swipe swipe swipe and put everything where I need it without any issue at all. I would buy this app again in a heartbeat! Extra thought: I love the TouchID support (Im very private about my email) and that the app becomes blurred when viewing it in the app switcher. Privacy and security is definitely a huge bonus and I am EXTREMELY appreciative of it!

Great app I loved, but its using all my battery

Airmail gives complete control over every aspect of email that Apple Mail did not give control over! Colors, actions, notifications, icons, swipe actions, smart folders, etc! Also the tech support is quick and helpful (special thanks to Steven, Sarah and Mike)! Great app for the price! This update added some great features that make it so much better than Apple Mail! Features such as Smart Notifications that help filter mass emails from making a notification, location-based alerts and so much more! Keep it up! Cant wait to see what else is to come!

One of the best email apps I have used on OS and OSX. Good support. I hade a small issue and Mike from support was very prompt and helpful.

You want it one way, set it up that way. You want it another way, set it up that way. Once your choices are made, youll have a custom made and exceptional way to do email. Great support, too (Sarah, for one, Peter for another). Theyre always available, always helpful!

Airmail is the best email app I have ever used. I love everything about it, and its perfect on my Mac. When the badge count issue is fixed on iOS I will update my review to 5 stars

But crashes way too often

Ive used native, Spark, and Outlook. AirMail is most customizable and functional. Also great integrated real time customer support chat - resolved technical question in minutes instead of typical days via email. Keep up the great work, Bloop!

Best iOS mail app. Rich text editing! Amazing filtering abilities, more customization options than youll know what to do with. Best support model Ive seen. Go to their website, click chat and ask questions. Everyone at support has been great including Peter who in 2 minutes resolved an issue I spent 2 days trying to figure out. Very low battery usage, no crashes (in response to other reviews) Worth the price of admission!

Ive been looking for years for a replacement for Apple Mail & Outlook, neither of which could help me tame my inbox. Airmail still has some issues with syncing read and archived email across platforms (I use it on my Mac as well as iPhone & iPad) but its still a tremendous improvement over any other mail client Ive used. Its thoughtfully designed and elegant to use. And their tech support is amazing - almost immediate response, and knowlegeable. Paul has already helped me out of two jams. Thanks, Paul!

Excellent email concept, but with each update there are more problems, now app crashes when replying to emails :(

Constantly crashing when Im trying to change the fond on the landscape mode. Please fix it. Will change the stars when this fixed and some other minor issues, crashed couple times when I try to download attachment. Update. Are you serious? Now it wont even open and crashes all the time. Please fix your product. Otherwise I want my money back. For the Mac as well. This absolutely unacceptable. Charging for the app that constantly crashes.

I set up this app for my wife, as she kept having all kinds of unsolveable issues with MacMail. It works like a charm across all her email accounts (and integrates with googles and their labels WAY better than mac Mail). I had one or two questions, and pinged their online chat, and got a Sarah who was exceptional.... Surprising in this day and age to get a real human who actually can help (without copy/pasting template replies that arent helpful). Great app, even better server. Thanks!

I have been searching for quite some time for a service that would allow me to have an iPhone App and Desktop App that lets me snooze emails along with all the other features required for both personal and business emails. The feature parity between mobile and desktop is amazing. And I love the "send later" feature on both Plus, having Sarah help me in-app was amazing!

This was, without a doubt, the best iOS email client out there but Ive noticed over the past week that it is crashing terribly! The App opens great in list view and I can see what mails have arrived but as soon as I attempt to open any individual mails it crashes. Am going to have to go back to Apple Mail and wait for the iOS 10 update. Come on Dev team, youre dropping the ball here!

The interface is really nice. The options for handling mail are excellent. The ability to use airmail on your iPhone and as an app on your computer is great. And it all completely falls apart due to horrible bugs everywhere. Emails that are archived on the iPhone, are still there on the computer. Unread one place, read another. Snoozed emails pop back up one place but stay snoozed in another place. Threads go from archived to back in the inbox for unknown reasons. Ive lost control on my email inbox thanks to all these crazy bugs. Its a mess. Im not sure how anyone could have decided that the versions I am using were ready for customer use.
