Not Ready Yet

It has potential with all these options but a lot of them are so buggy or not working. This app should be on free beta test right now. Developer takes forever to update. Im giving up and returning to the stock mail app. Its too bad it costs this much for this app.

Great product! Also great Tech support

Air mail has improved my workflow and finally I got an inbox without clutter. Tech support has been fast when I asked how to access a feature and I received the right answer from Sarah on time.

Kinda buggy

I was really liking this app at first but the more I use it, the more I need to toggle back to Mail for basic stuff that doesnt seem to work in Airmail, like: Searches that ignore certain messages for some weird reason, attachments in the Sent Messages folder cannot be opened, and a conversation view that makes it really really hard to find specific emails. I have the same problems on both my iPhone and iPad so I dont think reinstalling the apps gonna do it.

Unreliable

While they provide rapid customer service to inquiries their only solution to constant push email failures is to remove the account and set it up again.

Beta

Too many bugs for a mail client. Unreliable rendering. Attachments sometimes inaccessible. Sending fails without notice, particularly when using iOS complicated share open in features. It would be great if developer could iron out the bugs. As it is expensive considering I unwittingly volunteered as a beta tester.

Extremely buggy, terrible support, so much lost potential

On iPad its pretty bad. • Slow. • Responding to a notification results in a message that never loads. • Need to quit the app several times for new messages to appear in your inbox or cycle between "conversations" and your inbox for messages to appear. • Navigating to one message often navigates you to another instead. • Crashing on send. • Memory hog - terrible performance on older iPads. • Attachments often fail to send. • Sent email takes hours to show up in sent box. The app has tons of potential with extensions and interoperability with other apps. But until a major update appears to fix egregious bugs, its a boat anchor. iPad app should never have been released in such a poor state. The online support chat within the app is clunky and the responses you get are canned, arrogant, and unhelpful.

Pretty good, still a few glitches.

Love most of the App, but a few things are still wrong. - the badge is still not working properly - the swipes seem way too touchy for me

Lovely app

This is a very powerful app for email. It has more than replaced Mailbox for me. I had an issue with iPhone app and contacted support (you can chat with them live!). Sarah asked which email account I was having trouble with and then just got it and solved the issue for me! Totally would recommend it.

Amazing!!!

My big mistake: Not using this earlier! I have 9 email accounts I am using, all work perfectly in both the iOS and Mac versions. Amazing and genuinely useful features... Convert an email to PDF, ability to duplicate an email in one gmail account into another, and other features I have not even seen in other email programs. Best email program I have ever used, by a big margin. All edits to gmail labels / folders does a 2-way sync, no problems at all. A few questions to support brought me to Sarah, she was fast and her responses clear (i.e. How to download on more than one Mac, etc).

This update seems fixed several problems , but this update shouldnt take 3 months to be released.

Latest update.

Latest update completely screwed up the app. It is crashing with no apparent reason, its impossible to archive emails on exchange account anyone, the app crashes and then very hard to start again. Horrible release. Especially for paid app.

Never sure if its sent out.

Latest update went really bad. The app keeps crashing when setting up reminder, when adding more than one picture, when talking to support...and so on... Before the update there was some convenience issues. Now its reliablilty issue and its almost to the point where you may say "enough is enough" and move to another app. How can you release such raw update after almost a year of "development"? This is outrageous!

Exchange account doesnt work

It *still* doesnt work with my exchange account. Its *still* useless.

Dont work with Yahoo! Mail

After a few contact with the support, I cant add Yahoo! Mail. In iOS Mail app and Outlook mail app works fine. I do not recommending this app.

No notification on Apple Watch

Not receiving notifications on AppleWatch. Also AppleWatch app is not working at all.

Poor sync

I love this application. It is easy to manage multiple accounts. And it integrates external applications smoothly. However, sometimes sync across different devices does not work properly. Hope the team can improve it soon.

POP fail

pop will not allow setting SMTP servers without login. I asked support for help but and all I got was a lecture that such SMTP servers are banned on the internet ... Most desktop mailers including Outlook dont have this problem and neither does the ibisMail app on iPhones. There are actual use cases that do require no password for SMTP so be careful purchasing this app if this is also your use case - you will be very disappointed. Ive also experienced some encoding issues with Asian text.

Many crashes

Experienced many crashes. After restart the mails which had been deleted appeared in inbox again. I have tired for using it.
