First kick of the tires — quite impressed. First app I’ve seen which can begin to compete with Outlook around Exchange support. Still some issues — e.g. very slow to pull emails, especially for a large inbox — but the clean UI is worth the weight. Customer support is superb — instant communication with a support personnel. Kudos @Sarah and @Mark for their help with the issues I was having.

Ill give it 5 stars once it allows for more specific notifications. Personally, I want to be notified for Gmail with the Important label, but there isnt a way to create rules like in the Mac app. A notification option for more than just all mail or "VIP" contacts (specifically label notifications) would make Airmail stand out amongst the thousand email clients. Also, I think the font really needs a resize setting. Its way too large for my iPhone 5. I only see the first few words of the subject line.

Trust me. Ive tried them all. This app is garbage just like all the others. Stick w/ the native OS app. This one does have tons of features but fails to focus on the basics. Garbage. Refund pls?

Everything is perfect about this app. Fast, clean, great UI. But it doesnt sync my IMAPs folders. Come on, are you kidding me?

Good: • ability to snooze emails • great cross-platform apps work in coordination (Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch) • nice interface, intuitive UX Bad: • doesnt auto-save drafts on mobile. I have lost some lengthy emails when the app crashed or when I fast-switched and returned to Airmail. Very frustrating! • snooze is buggy. Sometimes I set an email to snooze until a later date and it pops back up in my inbox 10 minutes later. • the app slows to a crawl and often crashes if you expand an email chain while writing a reply

Love this app for Mac but not iOS. Ongoing issues with crashes and hangs; when I choose what folders to show, they constantly revert back to default.Mail count never works and sync is slow at best, non-existent most of the time! Wish it were better because it really is a great app. Fix those issues and I will be happy to give it 5 stars.

Airmail for IOS is AMAZING- it is feature-rich and super customizable without being bloated. Airmail for IOS has the features of a true desk-top email application for your iPhone and iPad. AND the support is THE BEST customer support I have ever had. I connect all my email accounts in Airmail and reply via the same alias (YES- Airmail for IOS supports multiple aliases!!) and I needed help. I messaged Airmail support- from right inside the app- and Mark from Airmail emailed me -even after 11pm- and walked me through correcting my error until all was working properly. The support is excellent!! You need this app- do yourself a favor and GET Airmail! …the macOS desktop companion app is just as fantastic!

I am a ruthless inbox zero fanatic. While the built in Mail is good for this, Airmail takes it to the next level with "send and archive" support as well as syncing signatures across platforms. I can tweak my flow, keep everything in order no matter what device Im on and focus on my email. The app does have some rough edges but its getting better just like the OS X version did. Sherlyn helped me out with an issue I was having in a few short messages which I find really impressive.

Lots of good features and seems to sync/notify well but does not support Exchange folders which is a real bummer since I use SaneBox to filter my mail, and font is too small. Would like to be able to change font size. Will wait for updates before using. Thanks.

Airmail is hands down the best email client for the Mac... ever. And now with full OS and iOS support, its even more perfect. Accounts sync with iCloud so you set them up once and they easily migrate to all your devices. Brilliant! Not sure how they can improve it, but I always look forward to new releases. I use it with Exchange, GMail and multiple IMAP accounts and it never skips a beat.

Support was fantastic as well! I couldnt sync my accounts from Mac, the developer was so quick and responsive that my problem was solved within an hour after my first contact.

Must have attachment saving capabilities to iCloud Drive. Performance needs to be smoothed out. Functional with flaws.

Love almost everything about Airmail. It fails me in a very important place, signatures. Set up different signatures for each account and Airmail keeps deleting my work signature. Ive looked in the support documentation on the Airmail website. Nothing there. I reached out on Twitter for help, no reply from the developer (but they do appear to reply to people in Twitter). I need certain info in work emails so for me right now, Airmail is the love I cant have until this is fixed.

Absolutely love this app. Does everything I want, and more. It looks good doing it, too. Bonus: built in tech support that rises to the occasion. Had a couple of questions and they were answered timely. Worked with Steven, and he was great. Much appreciated. If you are on the fence, jump off and get it. You wont be disappointed.

This latest release has fixed all of my issues, with the bonus of an iPad UI. Awesome.

Okay I read reviews and was skeptical that Airmail could truly be as great as everyone said. I was wrong, it is extremely customizable. I was looking for smart sorted emails like those that exist in the Inbox app from Google. Greer is a feature for that. The in app support is excellent. I had questions and seconds after typing a question in an iMessage like chat, Steven (a support rep) was there instantly to help. He was great! There is so much to the app. You wont find all the features tourney so use the support feature. If youre on the fence about buying the app, just do it! It is probably one of the most worthwhile apps Ive ever bought. Keep up the great work!

As of April 2016, this is about the best email client on the iPhone you could ask for. Ive run across occasional glitches like messages showing back up after swiping but for the most part its a solid and beautiful alternative to my previous and now defunct Mailbox. Keep up the good work, and consider creating a Mac version!

This app will be great, but right now its unusable. Itll render one portion of an email several times, or show the wrong images. And it crashes constantly.

*Update* Raised to 4 stars from 2 since last update. Most of my issues have been fixed. Will change to 5 stars if they offer themes or just a night mode.
