This is the best iOS mail app I have ever used. I have used apple Mail, Outlook, gmail, and any other mail services you can think of. This one beats them all. It is very modern and makes you want to open your mail app every time. I wish apple could just switch to air mail for their mail services but I know its not possible. The app is worth the pricing. The iPad Pro support app is great. You can do split screen which is really great.

Switched from Spark, I love all of the customizations available - and it seems more reliable. I found Spark was very inconsistent with push notifications on both Exchange and with some Google accounts - whereas I havent had this with Airmail at all. If I could request a feature, can we please use the native iOS sounds or choose our own notification sounds rather than be forced to use the ones built into the app?

Love the GUI and its simplicity and the all of the formatting tools available nicely laid out and easily accessible. The support staff, especially Sherlyn, are very accessible and answer questions quickly and accurately. The only reason for not giving it a 5-Star is that it is still missing an internal Calendar that other lower quality email apps have. Keep up the great work.

Was very much loving the iPhone app and was hoping for an iPad version. Now it supports both and is my email app of choice. I dont use a lot of its power, but it has a lot of it..

With the iPad update I am surrendered, I use it across all my devices. Slick, fast and synchronizes perfectly. I love the themes on my Mac and it has all the customization that I need. Visually is attractive and the color coding for each account is awesome. This is a must-have app for people that use multiple email accounts. Fantastic!

- badge count is still inaccurate - loading new mail messages still takes more than 10 seconds - when opening the app, the inbox doesnt automatically refresh - mail rendering engine is terrible, still doesnt recognize a lot of URLs. Those giving this thing a 5 star review must be shills or teenagers who like pretty things. If you need a reliable mail client, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I had big issues with lack of support for the Mac version. Thankfully they now support us properly. The IOS version has support baked into it and I recently had quick access from Steven to sort out an issue. My only complaint regards the synchronization of "read" emails. When I read an email on my Mac, the status should be automatically changed on my other devices running Airmail.

Out of the numerous email apps I use, none are as bug filled as Airmail. Their support will consistently reply with reinstall the app or we cant see the issue on our end. Avoid this app for your own sanity.

Love the layout of Airmail- its feature rich and a pleasure to use. Im using several accounts and I would easily rate it 5 stars if it didnt have issues with Exchange (which is my main account). Particularly aggravating is the inability to "Reply To All" (again-only an issue in Exchange). Live Support is good and advises quickly (Steven) but unable to provide timeline for fix of these known Exchange problems. A premium priced email app shouldnt have this issue. If not using Exchange the app is excellent.

Airmail is a great app that integrates well with the desktop version. It has push notifications that Spark is severely lacking, and all the integration features I need. Sarah in customer service was very quick to reply. There is one huge detriment to Airmail, which is that I cannot set how far back the app should keep in the program. Unfortunately I cant access back much further than six months, which completely defeats the purpose of using Google Mail for its "keep everything" ability. Old emails should at least be indexed so they show up in a search. For that, two stars are taken away.

This is the best Apple / IOS app for mail that I have been able to locate, and I have tried 3 or 4 other mail apps. Their tech support is excellent I finished a tech inquiry just a while ago, and their online support from Steven had me correcting the situation in minutes. Highly effective support system!

Because of the price tag I had high expectations for this app and it definitely delivered, and then some. Works perfectly for my work email. I had a small issue that was resolved by Paul on their support team via the in-app support chat. Im extremely satisfied with my purchase.
