Where the f... Is the black theme. Wait for this is like pursuit happiness. Maybe someday... (Or maybe on the Airmail 4 when you pay a little more for this, right?)

Ive been using it since the first release. I have also used spark and Outlook at the same time to see which works best for me and airmail always wins. Today I talked to Steven in support and he was quick to help me and resolve my issues. Other email apps support havent been very quick and commonly just say "look for the issue to be resolved in our next update." Airmail works great for me.

Much improved. Still a way to go with reliability. The same whiners keep down voting it every update for a lot of ridiculous reasons. ALL of the mail apps have shortcomings and bugs. Try some and come back when youre missing half the features.

Great functionality, seamless and very usable. Powerful as shipped and utterly customizable. Also, GREAT customer support. Sarah in particular was instantly responsive and produced solutions to my concerns.

Options, options, options! Customize as much as you like. More features than just about any other mail app out there. iCloud syncs settings and accounts to iPad and Mac. Great overall! (A bit buggy but worth it)

Updated 5/26/17... Update after update and they wont fix the font sizing issue. I continue to have issue with the font size of the email listing. I have it set larger and when I start the program fresh, the font is the correct size, but if I open and close and email, that emails font in the list SHRINKS. If I minimize the app and then open it, the entire email lists font SHRINKS. I have sent them screens shots of it, but now SEVERAL updates and no fix. Plus, their watch complication continues to NOT update the count properly. It hasnt worked since the app was released. They need to take a look at Spark to see how a watch complication should work. I keep seeing bug fixes in the patch notes but I havent seen any bugs fixed that Ive been seeing for months.

Versions will periodically have issues. When those are resolved, great app.

Badge count is very unreliable. 6s plus.

New versions have totally killed the sync. It now has almost no connection to whats really in the inbox. Hopefully fixable?

Great support on their website. David answered my chat is about 30 seconds and solved my query. Great support is amazing!

A flurry of updates over the past month, but they seem to be making this much-loved app worse with each update. Now today, deleted and marked read emails keep reappearing every time I enter the app. Time to switch yet? I sincerely hope not, but. Any take it much longer.

I have been trying to delete my email all day. Every time I open the app it is back.

UPDATE 2017.05.23: The recent updates have greatly improved the email retrieval and sync speeds - making a great app even better. Favorite email app out there. It does everything you could want an email app to do and then some. Has more features than their desktop app! I havent experienced any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. I will say other apps out there are a little quicker at loading and pushing emails and notifications, but the features cant be beat.

They have great support with fast response through chat. Steven helped me solve my issue because of the Apple 2 Step authentication. Thanks Steven

The reason Im reducing my rating for this app is because it has so much potential to be a more solid feeling, focused, and better looking app! I hate for example the the three buttons below emails for delete archive and so on. Its so small it doesnt make me trust it. The customizability is amazing, I dont particularly use it but its ok.

This should be easily the best email app I have ever used, and I want to like it. The problem is that, on my iPad Pro at least, it stops syncing my work email, which runs on Office 365. Only on my iPad Pro. On my iPhone its fine. Often it happens shortly after the app is updated, so I download the app again and reinstall. Then itll work for a while. Then I suddenly wonder why work has fallen silent. It would be great if it were true.... This app is just too unreliable for me to trust.

Updates are continuing to prove it. Looking forward to see what the developer has in store for the future.

Update: The developer asked which bug Im referring to. Its the bug where the inbox shows the wrong next message when you archive or press the down arrow when viewing a message. Ive sent video demonstration and steps to reproduce and received no response back. Original Review: Its kind of embarrassing that this is paid software and the developer refuses to acknowledge or fix bugs. Ive reported the same bug to support 4 times and they tell me its being looked into. Its been well over a year and no fix. I also emailed them at their contact@airmailapp email address with a detailed description and a video demonstrating the issue and they never replied to me. The app itself is full of features and actually nicely designed but until they fix these UX bugs or even acknowledge them I cant recommend anyone spend any money on it.

I do not mind paying for an app that is updated regularly and is creative in its design. Plus, customer service (Steven) was readily available and helpful! My only suggestion is that it would be nice if all of the email folders have customizable Swipe Settings.
