Flawed but potential

First of all, I gotta say Im somehow satisfied with the iOS default mail app, but Im looking for more. So I come to this app, with high expectation, which does not satisfy me like I thought.

So I encounter 2 issues since I purchased it, and they are annoying:

1. Unread yahoo email not syncing up

I have like 600+ unread email for my yahoo account and here on airmail it does not sync up all of them. I tried several times, deleting app and reinstall, waiting up to 30 mins, it pauses at like 100+... This does not happen with the iOS default mail app.

Although this does not happen on my google and hotmail account. Only happens to yahoo mails. So be aware!

2. Inaccurate unread number drop

Basically its like, for example: I have 2001 unread emails in my inbox, I read only 1 of them, and the unread number should drop to 2000 right? Guess what, it drops to 1998 or 1999. Its such simple math but it fails. This does not happen with the iOS default mail app either.

Buuut, luckily the support is great, one of them Steven who is very helpful and patient to me and will forward these issues to the technical team to make fixes and updates which I am exactly waiting for.

I keep comparing this app to the iOS default mail app, why? Cuz I never used other email app, only the default mail app and again I am satisfied with it, I came with high expectation that this app would do better in so many ways. Honestly it does not meet up to my expectation but lets wait and see their incoming updates and fixes.
