App muito bom

Com excelente suporte. By Paul

O app é espetacular

Só precisa mudar esse ícone muito feito. Please, change the icon!!

宛先を日本語で書けない/impossible to write the recipients name in Japanese

Pop-up’s

I paid for Airmail Pro a long time ago; it’d be nice if the reminders to upgrade didn’t appear every time I open the app. Now it also looks like they removed features I had already paid for, such as being able to see the message labels in-line. Very frustrating.

Checks all the boxes

But can still use a lot of UI updates. No major updates in that regard for a very, very long time. Could also use better Smart Inbox options.

Signature

Why is it that I can’t add my email signature with designs and photos? it use to allow it, now it just turns it into text when I try to add my signature.

Very bad paid app

When you pay for something you expect it to work. Well, this app doesn’t work at all.

So many bugs

Airmail has the potential to be the best email client in town but the speed at which updates come out and bugs are fixed make it difficult to use.

Annoying pop over

The app is almost unusable as there is a pop up that covers the whole screen. This happens every time you open the app and there’s no way to disable it. I understand they want people to sign up for pro but at least have it once a week or at most, once a day

Great app until they added pop up add

I’ve been a long-time user of your app and really enjoyed it—it’s been a great tool. However, the recent addition of the “Get Pro” pop-up appearing every time the app is opened has become quite frustrating. I tried to work around it for a while, but it eventually became disruptive enough that I decided to move my accounts to another app. Just wanted to share this feedback in case it’s helpful for future updates.

Poor customer service

There is an annoying pop-up on the Free version asking you to go pro. I finally did and the pop-up still comes up on my phone. Their live support has a name Stephen however it feels like a bot since they haven’t answered my question of how to disable this pop-up.

Sent Mail Missing

Pleaser contact me ASAP.

Frustrating

I used this for a long time but now for some reasons it’s insisting on me subscribing for a year. I get a pop up each time I open it and no way to say no. Have to find another app.

Fantastic App for Mac OS and iOS

I wanted a separate app for my work email that works across all my Apple devices that uses Exchange (and it has every other option as well). This app is easy to set up and very granular so you can customize it exactly how you desire to see your inbox! At $29.95 it is very inexpensive for a year!!

Can't change notification sound

You can't customize your notification sound so you don't know when you have an email coming in, it sounds like every other notification.

Can’t cancel

Very difficult

Loved it until recently

I used to love this app, but recent changes have completely ruined the experience. I paid for the Pro Lifetime Subscription, expecting full access without interruption. Now, the developer has changed their subscription model, and I’m constantly bombarded with intrusive notifications pressuring me to upgrade. These pop-ups make the app frustrating and difficult to use, and there’s no way to disable them. This feels like a bait-and-switch, where my original purchase is no longer respected. If this isn’t fixed soon, I’ll be switching to a competitor—and I won’t be the only one.

unwanted feature/issue tried your online chat support had emailed im the past.

Hello, I've tried to email you in the past using your support system, but there has been no response We have a Unwanted feature/bug report. It's been going on for a while now, like over a year. Mind you enjoy this email app, which is only knocking one star. So, I pray and hope you are still available to address these tiny issues. Hopefully, you can address this and repair it in the next version when the user selects the bottom option to display based on available flags. Like only the unread and new emails like selecting the *. that whole Selection bar disappears. Never to return. The only way is to end the app and restart it. Then, it goes back to the standard view. Unless I end and Restart the app, there is no way to restore the views and options from the bottom bar.

Don’t bother

I started using airmail and thought it was fine but need a few features that were promised with the paid version. So I bought. I got the features I wanted along with a TON of bloated features I didn’t want. When I contacted customer service they basically told me that all the extra features couldn’t be disabled BUT that they were great and would make my life easier. I hate that response. Tech thinking they know what i need better than me (do these people work for Apple?). So I asked for a refund. They told me refunds were out of their hands (so helpless. Poor little guys…) and to enjoy the wonderful app they had created. So I left a bad review. Then the developer responded saying I could contact them. Then somehow my previous review was deleted (maybe they really do work for Apple…). So I’m leaving this review. If you want simplistic functional email that is actually intuitive….try anything other than airmail.

Failed out of the box

I bought this for sorting features. The app offers a sort by Sender option, but the sort process fails entirely. The app offers a Live support feature, which I tried to reach for help, but it too failed. An agent says Hello, but never responds to messages.

Thank you

I have used it for years A good price and it is linked to multiple email accounts. For old school folder archive email processing the app works great.

Please fix email attachment issue!

This app was awesome for years until the last update. Now I am unable to attach photos to emails.

Why harass your users

Every time I switch to the app, I get an ad that comes up asking me to switch to Airmail pro. This is very annoying and disruptive, considering leaving the app after using it for over seven years. What’s worse, when I click on the offer, it tells me I’m not eligible. So I’m getting constantly harassed for an offer I can’t even accept.

Great Email Client - Handle Multiple Accounts With Ease

Airmail is a great app for email. I use it on my MacBook and on my iPhone. I have multiple email accounts and they all synch seamlessly between devices. When I had a minor issue (more of an annoyance than a problem) Steven responded to my support request right away with an easy fix. Kudos!

Stop with the ad to upgrade

So this app itself is pretty decent. The pro features are probably worth it if you use them, I do not and I don’t need them. I also don’t need to see a full page and blocking my email EVERY TIME I OPEN IT!!! I get that you want to promote your “pro” Paid app. It’s not for me. I don’t need it. I don’t want it. I don’t need to be constantly annoyed with it. I have just uninstalled this app as it’s less irritating for me to have bto delete my IMAP account every time the default mail app hoses it up (which is at least every update).

Highly customizable and great support

I love the customization and full featured options for workflow. I can’t imagine using Apple mail, after using Airmail for a couple of years now. Today I needed some help and Steven was amazing- quick email response, answer provided. Problem solved - and it was not a bug, it was just a learning curve on my part.

Updates?

is there going to be an update soon? The app seems to be having several performance issues. Plus, I’m not seeing much value for being a paying subscriber.

No support; would be great if features actually worked

Update: Adding insult to injury, now that my subscription expired, Im inundated with slide-over “offers” that I cannot accept and cannot stop. I don’t know how this app has good reviews. Airmail has so many features, but there are always problems. It’s very flexible, but the UI looks too big and maybe dated. It lacks basic filters for mail categories. The “focus inbox” does not work at all. Custom rules don’t work either. But I’ve had problems sending messages after saving as draft—they just get stuck and then will never send. Worst of all, even for subscribers, the app has no support. This is the reply to every support request: “Hi there We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you please let us know the problem in details?” No help ever comes…. You’re probably wasting your time and certainly your money on this app.

Great App, Terrible Chat Support

The chat support is broken. If you ask a question they don’t answer. They don’t acknowledge. Steven in support is subpar.

Very very good but…

In my inbox emails appear to be duplicated, but when the “duplicate” is opened it’s an entirely different email. Confusing and problematic

Where is help?

It's easy to get to the screen to pay for airmail pro, but I can't find a way to get to help without leaving my email address. I don't have enough info to evaluate the free version, let alone enough to purchase the pro version. Product documentation should NOT require user to provide private info prior to use.

Attachments

The only - only - thing that could be better is if you could select multiple files at once to attach to a message instead of selecting files one by one.

AirMail is Great on Mac, iPad, and iPhone!

I like the added features and clean design of AirMail. I have the app installed all three ways: on my Mac mini, on my iPad, and on my iPhone. It’s worth the extra expense. I had reason to need some tech support related to the iPad app. I wrote to the developers. Steven answered within a day. And he was able to help me enjoy to iPad app even more. Thank you!

Annoying pop up for pro subscription

I’d used Airmail for many years but recently a pop up nag shows up for the pro subscription every time I open the app, which is multiple times per day. It’s disruptive and annoying, with no option to turn off. It’s annoying enough to prompt me to write this review. I finally gave up on Airmail and switched to a different app that provides similar, if not better, features for my needs, without the pop ups.

¯_(ツ)_/¯Y²+c?🐟 ¾(+/-)

Decent app - weak support

I have had this app for several years. Paid for the pro subscription. Every time I’ve needed tech support, it’s been a bad experience. My tickets don’t get responses. I have to reach out over and over. Finally decided to give up and use em client. So far support has been much better even without paying a subscription.

Messages fail to auto load.

I am constantly having to reset my message cache because the mail i have just doesn’t populate. The look feel & control of the app seems fine but the messages not loading in my email app seems like a pretty large issue.

Good Pales Compared to The Bad

1/26/25: WOW! I can't believe these developers are still in business. Just WOW! You've been warned by this and many other reviews. JUST REPEATING [8/6/24]: If you have one email account and want to pay a never ending subscription fee, then go for it, otherwise read below. Subscriptions for consumer software development are a total joke about 98% of the time, and this app is a poster child for why. UPDATE [12/26/20]: Final point for Airmail from a paid customer. This piece of software and many many others like it, (not just email clients), are exactly what's wrong with subscriptions. Less quality, less attention, less performance and less updating. Subscriptions need to go away. UPDATE [12/7/19]: Still looking back. Incredibly, instead of making dramatic improvements they’ve turned to subscriptions as a way of delivering even less while locking us and our very important mail into their dismal services because they think this guarantees them a steady income. AM as subscriptions has become the penultimate example of why subscriptions are going to implode on developers in the foreseeable future. Some, a very very few, services and related apps make sense as subscription services, mail, and for sure, Airmail, is not one of them. We need to stop supporting subscriptions with our dollars. UPDATE [09/2018]: Wow, I’d forgotten the scathing review I had already left. For those taking a serious look at serious email clients here’s an update. The paginating on iPhone has improved, a bit, but I manage a lot of email on different servers and services, and two things are just not getting taken care of: 1) Overall performance just can’t cut it for the amount of email traffic I manage; 2) I can’t quite figure it out and have grown weary of trying, but, email threads are strangely confusing on all platforms. 3) As before, the ultimate frustration is that, this is a serious email client that comes so close and yet, misses by so far. 4) In search of a silver lining - if you manage one or two busy email accounts, even if they’re on different services, Airmail will very likely become the love of your life. I use three different services one of which is my own domain, along with many aliases within each - Airmail just can’t handle the load ... not even close. So, I’m moving on. Just so serious client explorers know, I went back to Apple mail for a few weeks just to make sure I wasn’t missing something there - a big performance increase over Airmail, but just too basic to get the job done with this much traffic. Look and subjective feel of the interface are very important to me and Apple Mail comes across as very elementary compared to Airmail. I think I’ve found my next client for the foreseeable future ... stay tuned. P.S. Thank you Airmail developers, for your efforts. It’s an incredible concept and I will always keep an eye out for some dramatic improvements down the road. _________ ———— I’ve been using AM for at least last five years, and I’ve stuck with it in spite of two problems that, after this long, are beginning to weigh heavily on whether I choose to keep using it. 1) It’s just too slow on mobile. I admit, my mailboxes are not light by any means, but still, this has to be worked on. 2) Composing emails in iOS, especially on the phone has become a silent-scream fest. Insert point and page management have always been very quirky and they are not a bit better since I started using the app. Bluntly put, it’s nothing short of an MMA fight to have my phone in one hand, standing in the boarding line [airport] and trying to get even a quick response to an important email out, NOW! Whoop, I see a typo in the first line, let me use my thumb to quickly move the insert point ... Dang! Where did my page go?! ... Dang! Why is the screen bouncing from top to bottom every time I start typing! (I think you get the idea.) If the workflow this app promises to facilitate weren’t so important, I’d just move on. But, I chose AM after A LOT of trying out other email apps and it fits what I need to get done. But it’s got to be much much faster, and please, oh please, fix the page management on iPhone in composition mode. I’m already starting to look again, but if the developer will get back on the ball, I’d rather stay with AM.

Except that annoying pro ad.

I get it that you guys want to push pro model but it become beyond annoyance to see everytime we open app. If you show ad once in a day then ok but every now and then it become annoyance. So removed app and no more using it. Can’t stand that keep showing pro upgrade ad everytime I open it. For money they can use anonymous data randomized such a way that it won’t hurt users battery or privacy or safety for ads etc rather making experience this much terrible.

iOS with not attach attachments

Feedback? My issue has not be resolved nor have I chatted with anyone.

We pay you Money and you still ask for more

We paid you Money and you keep asking for Airmail PRO. Why can't you just accept that people doesn't want that. If you ask every day on every start of the app that will never get you sale. You will just annoy people.

Used to be great

Now they bother you every time you open it to check your email with a full screen takeover to upgrade to their subscription.

Do not waste your time or money

Getting support is futile. I opened a ticket a month ago and no response. So many bugs so few fixes and no support. I’m not sure how support could be worse. So much promise so disappointing. If I could rate it no stars I would.

Rough Start, but promising!

This is a very early first impression, based mostly on my set up experience. Set up was frustrating. I loaded Airmail on to an iPhone, an iPad, and a MAC. Adding iCloud mail addresses required app specific passwords. Easy enough, but my experience was that I needed to generate a different password for each devise. In the end it worked, but the process was painful. I needed to add a “generic” email account, too — from Comcast. This was fairly simple on MAC. I could, separately, test the settings for imap and stmp. That made it easy to isolate any errors, and then correct them. Set up on my iOS devises was much more difficult. For some reason I have not yet figured out, my log in attempts failed time and again. I checked my settings and, then, checked them again. Everything seemed to be correct. Apparently it was not, but I could not figure out what was wrong. Finally, after wasting considerable time, everything fell into place. One everything was set it appeared that Airmail will meet my needs quite nicely. I am optimistic!

Pushy w/ Subscriptions and Reviews

I’ve just downloaded the app to try it and moments after opening it, Still looking at the list of supported accounts but before even logging into any, I get a popover sheet asking me to subscribe if I like the app and a pop up window asking me to review the app if I like it. C’mon guys. 😕

Errant notifications

Randomly the app will create a new notification for every single email in your inbox, sending hundreds or thousands of notifications and blocking your phone until the process completes. They do not respond to support inquiries either.

The best

Airmail stands out as one of the top three email clients, alongside Outlook and Spark, in terms of its exceptional features and user experience.

This if stupid

None of my emails show up in this thing. I can send but not receive anything.

Get rid of useless prompt for Pro users

Just a suggestion. I have been a subscriber to the Pro version for a few years now. I find it irritating that every time I turn on my phone app that I am asked to join pro. It’s a needless step I shouldn’t have to deal with.

Please

Please give me back my information and iPhone account hakes naver se clear please fix it
